Life story and expertise

Attila was born in 1979 into a Hungarian family in Romania. By the age of 19, he had already qualified as a primary teacher. While in his second year at the Theatre University, he was hired as a dramaturg/literary associate at Csíki Játékszín, a theatre in Miercurea Ciuc. Over the next 19 years, Attila took on various roles at the theatre, including managing six editions of an international theatre festival for young audiences.

During this time, Attila also worked as a guest dramaturg with numerous Hungarian theatre companies in Romania and Hungary. He served as a drama teacher in a high school, an acting coach at a public learning center, and occasionally led workshops for acting students at different universities, most recently at PASS Studio of Edinburgh College.

In 2018, Attila relocated to Edinburgh, Scotland. Since then, he has collaborated on film projects and returned to Romania to direct theatre productions. He is currently studying Dramatherapy at Queen Margaret University.
